29-01-06 Gone with the Mud!
30th January 2006
Part of my job at Harrow School's Founder's day was taking photos of Harrow football (a unique game played only at Harrow). I carried an important mission from the Head Master that 'We must get some good shots of muddy boys'.'How muddy they should be?' I asked. 'From top to bottom' came the reply.
We finally had a beautiful day after two years of damp Founder's Days.
But it was still cold and windy and the mud was frozen.
The matches started at 11:30. We waited patiently for softer and softer mud...
I started wondering about the House laundry, how busy will they be?
The Head seemed very positive about the muddy idea.
They were getting there.
